Jermaine is a seasoned Strategic Management Professional with extensive experience in executive management and strategic advisory. He has over two decades of leadership across financial services, capital markets, banking, corporate finance, treasury and organisational transformation. Known for his ability to seamlessly bridge strategy, execution, governance, and market expertise, Jermaine brings a rare hybrid capability that combines deep technicacompetence with strong board-level judgment and entrepreneurial acumen.

He has led major organizations, overseen regional operations, and guided high-performing teams within several of the Caribbean’s most respected financial institutions. He has held senior executive roles—including Managing Director of JN Cayman and Deputy General Manager of JN Fund Managers. As a strategic leader, Jermaine has shaped corporate direction, developed new business lines, managed complex financial portfolios, and optimised balance sheets through changing market conditions. His experience spans financial markets, economic policy, liquidity and risk management, structured solutions, and the supervision of financial institutions—grounded in a strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks and macroeconomic environments.

Jermaine also brings extensive board experience, present and past. He currently serves as Director of Spike Industries Ltd. and Stationery & Office Supplies Ltd., where he chairs the Compensation Committee, and contributed to regional oversight through his past role on the Corporate Governance Committee of the Caribbean Association of Banks.

Jermaine holds an MBA (Finance, Investment Management concentration) and a BSc in Finance from Villanova University.
